Question:
what can we do for boobs exercise?

I read another post asking about this sevral said you can do exercise to sthenghting th muscles behind your boobs but oone said what they was I was wanting to know what they are    — wildbrat (posted on January 27, 2004)

There are tons of exercises working your pectoral muscles. For example, you can do bench presses, dumbbell flyes, dumbbell presses, decline presses, incline presses, etc. If you are interested in info on weight lifting, this site has pictures of how to do each one and a work out for people who don't belong to a gym. And don't forget good old fashioned push-ups! Unfortunately, all of the muscle building in the world isn't going to hike the saggies on me back up though!

Sagging is due to the skin tho. :( But definitely exercise!
