#1. I want to be able to buy panties off the table-not in a pack. #2. To feel my Dh put his arms around my WAIST again and not my rolls. #3.To wear a pair of thigh highs without having them roll down...lol #4.To feel comfortable having lots of pictures taken with my family-and not be the one who tries to hide in the back to cover myself. #5. To look at a set of pictures of myself, and my face not look bloated. #6. To buy and wear trendy dresses and not have to focus on the one's that will hide my gut. #7. To never wear a shirt over a shirt again as a cover-up. #8.To sit on my hubby's lap again and not cut off his circulation! #9.To wear pretty bra's & pantie's under my clothes and not ALL COTTON BELLY-WARMERS! #10. 1. To be able to tie my shoes again. No more slip ons.
2. Actually look nice in a swim suit.
3. Buy real levis button on jeans not stretchys.
4. To have matching bra and panties the really cute ones!
5. Not get winded just walking next door.
6. To be able to play with my daughter for extended periods.
7. To improve my chances of having another baby.
8. To know what it is to feel thin.
9. I want to eat to live not live to eat.
10. Never wear a seat belt extender again.

These are the 10 best things that HAVE already happened: 1. To be
"on top" and have hubby say "you're light as a
feather"! 2. to tie shoes in public without fainting 3. to ride all
rides at Disneyworld 3. to grab anything off the rack and look and feel
great in. 4. to get rid of all my big clothes 5. to climb a mountain
looking for pinecones with my grandchildren AND have a stranger ask me for
a date as he offered to "help". 6. to have plenty of room in a
booth 7. to have men looking and flirting 8. to have so much energy
that I forget to eat 9. to walk for miles without my feet hurting and

These are some of my post-op favorites: 1. To no longer be able to shop at
Lane Bryant, The Avenue, or Catherine's, 2. To no longer wear queen size
pantyhose, 3. To wear leather pants and not look stupid, 4. To go shopping
wherever I want and make choices by color or price rather than just buying
it because it fits, 5. To be able to wear high heels for a day of work
without my feet killing me, 6. To fit in the carnival rides, 7. To feel
good in public and not out of place, 8. To wear smaller pants than my
husband, 9. To WEIGH less than my husband and 10. To just feel good and not
have weight be an issue in my day to day life.

Ok, here is my top ten list, most of which I'm able to do 6 months and 112
lbs ligthter, 29 lbs from goal. 1) Have the stamina to get through a day's
work then have something left for my family at night. 2. Wear my 16 year
old's clothes. 3. Ride a roller coaster and not fear that I won't fit (and
not feel conspicuous either). 4. To enjoy attention from the opposite sex,
and enjoy flirting. 5. To buy size 10 clothes and not have them cut off my
circulation. 6. To feel attractive and beautiful (you can see my eyes
now). 7. To wear fashionable clothes, not old-lady, elastic, frumpy
looking things. 8. To not be so self conscious and defensive. 9. To be
open to new relationships. 10. Getting to know the Me that was inside all
along... I've enjoyed getting to know myself.

My top 10..not necessarily in this order: 1) Dress for my age-26-or maybe
younger ;) 2) Accept a compliment and believe it 3) Have my picture taken
anytime/anyplace and not try to hide from the camera 4) Take chances and do
things that I would never have thought about doing before 5) Act my age and
not feel like I look stupid..just young!
6) Walk into ANY store and know I can shop there 7) Not feel like the odd
woman out in any kind of group situation 8) Meet new ppl and not feel
self-conscious 9)Find my dream man 10) See my ex and get to see the look on
his face and have the last laugh!!!!!

1)To have the energy/stamina to finish a home improvement project. 2)To be
HIREABLE, not trapped in any job because no one else would want me. 2)To
buckle my shoes or pull my socks up. 3)To not be afraid of plate glass
windows or mirrors when I pass by them (horror). 4)To wear old quality
clothes I'd loved and saved, hoping in can get into them again. 5) To not
HURT on that first step out of bed in the morning when all the weight lands
on the feet. 6) To be treated better in public places. 7) To have CHOICES
(for where I live, or work or eat or what I drive or where I sit) 8) to be
able to sit on my antique furniture 9) to not be afraid I'll die suddenly
and my son will have to come and get rid of my 'effects' 10) to feel like,
even for just a short moment - "normal" - what gifts!
