Hi, I also take Trinsicon. It is a combination of Iron and B-12 with the
intrinisic factor to help us absorb the B-12 since we cant on our own since
surgery. I do fine with it and seem to have much more energy since
starting on it. Don't know if it is too soon for you I didn't start taking
it until about 3 months out. Talk to the Doc. about it. Two weeks might
just be a litttle early or it may be other things that are making you ill.
Good Luck in the Journey.

I also take Foltrin. When I was early post-op, it used to make me feel
nauseous but I learned to ALWAYS have food or at least a protein shake in
my tummy before I take it. Never a problem since then.

Ask him if you can try either Chromagen Forte or Niferex (both
prescriptions)...your tummy should be OK with those.

I take this daily. I've found that when I take my trinsicon and pre-natal
vitamin before I go to bed, I feel fine. Also, I'm 2 years post-op and my
labs have been coming back normal for well over a year. If I took these
pills first thing in the morning, I'd have constant nausea most of the day.
