Question:
Has anyone joined CURVES to jumpstart weightloss again?

I am about 30 pounds from my goal and I have been on a 3 month plateau (even the few months before that I only lost a couple of pounds a month). Anyway, I am going to join curves (because I don't exercise) in hopes of "Jumpstarting" my weighloss. Has anyone else done this? DID IT WORK FOR YOU???    — Kay W. (posted on October 20, 2003)

The obvious answer to you, after having read your profile, is this: up your protein, NIX the carbs altogether, up the liquid intake and exercise at least 3 x a week. However, some things are so easy to SAY and so hard to DO. You can't change everyting at once, so, just do the best you can. If you join curves, and do not increase your calorie & carb intake, you stand and EXCELLENT change of loosing again. Good luck to you!
