Question:
Where can I find a chart to track my weight loss?
I found a link to one that a member had done. You could chart your weightloss and compare with averages of other members. Now I have lost the link. Can anyone help? — Kay R. (posted on October 7, 2003)

Hi Kay. I weigh once a week and write it on a calendar on the wall in my
room. I use fitday.com to track my intake and exercise but I like to see
the weight "in print." That helps keep me honest. I also take my
measurements the last day of each month and write it on my calendar as
well. I know it is not "technical" but it works. Hope this helps.

Here's a link I found from a profile here:
http://www.thinnerself.com/files/Expect_Chart.htm. Just put your info. in
and it will create a chart for you. I love it!

You might want to look into a very reasonably priced pgm at
WWW.WEIGHTCOMMANDER.COM I have been using this $10 pgm since May of this
year, and look forward to entering my weight each morning. It's a good
deal for the money. Good luck...Lynn

I am still waiting for a surgery date but I have been tracking my weight
with www.weightcommander also. I have used this program since June and
look forward to seeing my weight loss charted after surgery.
