All of the whey proteins I've tried say that they contain no lactose. It's
taken out in the process of converting the proteins.

Whey acts just like lactose to me. Cramping and running to the bathroom. I
avoid it and feel fine. I use rice protein and my bloodwork is great.

My whey protein also says lactose free. I mix mine with half vanilla soy
milk, half water, and serve very cold with lots of ice...yummy! Hugs, Kim

I am also sensitive to lactose (ice cream is my enemy now) and find that
Lactaid fat-free milk had worked wonders for me. I use it to mix with my
Sci Fit Protein Mix which is also lactose and sucrose free. It definitely
makes getting in the protein easier. You could also try the lactaid
tablets (taken prior to your meal/dairy intake). Hope this helps. Good
Luck!
