As far as vitamins go, I use 2 Flintstones Complete, (even tho many scorn
them:P)and chewable calcium citrate tablets from twinlab. I am about to
change to powdered calcium as I am sick of eating 4 giant wafers a day.
Protein, try some samples from vitalady.com or wlssuccess.com. Everyone
has different opinions and tastes change preop. I currently use Isopure
Low Carb Chocolate - 1 scoop is 105 cals, 3 carbs, and 25 grms protein.
Very thin textured, which I like. Good luck finding one you like, it's the
only way you will actually drink them, trust me.

I use unjury chocolate protein drink. I love it. Tried so many and could
not get them down because of smell, texture or taste. Unjury chocolate is
just like chocolate milk. Mixes almost perfect if you use a small hand
whisk but still pretty good with just a spoon. You can find it at
www.unjury.com Good luck!!!

Centrum makes an orange flavord chewable vitamin that I'd recommend. It's
got everything the regular Centrums does while some of the children's
chewables don't have iron. For protein powders you really should try some
samples beforehand because everyones tastes are different. I love the
chocolate Whey Stack by Champion. It mixes up easier than any other
protein powder - just shake or stir, and it's not gritty. Much more
convenient than having to use a blender all the time and it tastes great!

I used isontonix. I just went online and looked up liquid vitamins. it
didn't taste great but not bad either. How ever I don't ever remember
vitamins tasting good anyways! :) I got the vanilla isopure at gnc. It is
sugarfree and tastes ok. DOn't used water, milk tastes much better. good
luck!

Bariatric Advantage makes a good tasting chewable multi-vitamin. Two a day
is all it takes. They also make the sublingual B12, Iron and Calcium.
Check them out at bariatricadvantage.com. Good Luck!
