Question:
Has anyone with hypothyroid experienced this?

I am 12 weeks post op and down 69 pounds. About three weeks ago I noticed that my right eye was larger then my left eye. I thought my thyroid levels were too high so I called my PCP and had them checked. They were actually too low so my dose was increased. However, my eyes are still tow different sizes and I am getting concerned. Has anyone ever experienced this?    — Nancy S. (posted on September 16, 2003)

I actually had that problem a few years ago and it was an infection. You need to see a eye doctor (md)

I take thyroid meds, and I am 4 mos post op. I agree with Christine, you may need to see an opthamologist not the endocrinologist.
