Try sugar free kool-aid or any of the regular kool-aid's mixed with splenda to have it sugar free.

I love Propel Fitness Water or Fruit 2 O. They come in alot of flavors( lemon, orange, black cherry, peach, berry). Without them I would never get 64 oz of water a day. Good luck!!

Try the Isopure Zero Carb drinks . . . they can taste a little sweet, but the variety isn't bad (particularly given that they'll give you about 18 grams of protein with each bottle).

How about sugar free Tang? I have been drinking this for taste and it's YUM! I just sprinkle a small amount into my glass, add 2 packets of Splenda..some ice and enjoy!

I drink Aquacal. A little better flavor than Propel in my opinion and no calories. I like the Lemon-lime and Black Cherry flavors the best. It also comes in strawberry, peach/mango, raspberry as well. If you can't find it locally, you can go to www.meridianclear.com.

I had the same problem and found a WONDERFUL solution. I bought at Walmart a shaved ice machine ($16.88) and ordered sugar free snow cone juice from hawaiianshavedice.com. Lots of flavors (sugar free) to choose from. I have 2 a day in a huge tupperware cup. I use about 45 ice cubes at a time, which alone is about 5 cups of water melted down. This has been a lifesaver for me!

I like the Fruit20. The only flavor I don't like is the Berry kind. I think they have lemon, strawberry, and a citrus one that is like an energy drink. I was told though that this is not a substitute for the plain water you are supposed to drink everyday. 8-8oz glasses of water daily in addition to other drinks. I also have been told that you should drink two glasses of plain water for every one glass of something you drink that has lemon in it. Something about diuretics? (not sure on spelling) Good luck!

Somewhat different from an earlier poster, my dietitian says I can count anything that is water-based and does not have caffeine, sugar, or bubbles in it towards my liquid intake. Milk-based drinks only count for 1/2. I use s/f syrups in water, or add them to s/f Koolaid or Crystal Light to punch up the flavor. The s/f syrups are available on-line in case no stores in your town carry them. I've found that vitalady.com has had the best consistant prices on the DaVinci brand syrups, but others might be having sales; shop around. Also, on the advice of my dietitian and contrary to a previous poster, I sometimes add a little lemon juice or lime juice to very cold water. It gives it a little zing that makes it easier for me to drink. Since there seems to be some controversy over what counts towards water intake, you might want to run these ideas past your doc or dietitian first.

I live on Kool-Aid; mix it with Splenda (25 or 30 packets, depending on the flavor) - it is cheaper and tastes way better than SF Kool-Aid made with Equal.

If you can find it, sugar-free Tang is also a good alternative.
