Question:
I found out today that I was denied by AmeriHealth.

I have AmeriHealth PPO Administrators. I called HR to make sure that it wasn't an exclusion on my plan, they said no. Does anyone have a contact there. Most of the people are so rude there. I don't know what to do I am so upset    — NJChick (posted on August 22, 2003)

What was the REASON it was denied? They have to provide you with a letter of the denial reason and the option to appeal. You need to ask to speak with a supervisor, get names, numbers and keep consistant. It just might be a matter of not having enough info. Don't give up, if its not an exclusion then I wouldn't worry too much at this point.
