Does anyone know what is the best Federal Govt. Insurance that will cover TT?

Open season is coming soon and just curious what's the best Federal Govt. Health Insurance that tends to pay for plastic surgery after WLS. I have Kaiser now and don't believe they will.    — Starrlina (posted on August 18, 2003)
