Can anyone recomend a Dr. in Northern NJ for psych consult?

Here's a co-worker, and I highly recommend her! Westfield, NJ Many surgeons and insurance companies require a psychiatric assesment or evaluation prior to bariatric surgery. I am a therapist in Woodbridge, NJ who has lost over 80 lbs. since my RNY on 1/3/03. I have been there, and I can help. I have done several of these evals in my private practice, and they have been accepted by both surgeons and insurance companies. If you are in need of a psych eval, and can travel to Woodbridge, please get in touch with me. I do not accept third party reimbursement, but I will provide you with a bill that your insurance company may reimburse directly.
