Question:
What is the name of the nutrition blood panel?

I need to call my dr's nurse and request this as last month my gyn found my iron to be 8.0. I had asked the gyn for this particular blood work up and she just ordered a standard one. Thanks!    — lessofme170 (posted on August 4, 2003)

Maybe a CBC, (complete blood count) This checks your white blood cells, red blood cells, iron level.

perhaps the Lipid Profile, that check the cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL, HDL, etrc...
