Question:
Hi everyone. I am 8 weeks post-op and went to the doctor for a check-up. According

to my scales I have lost 45 pounds but on his I've only lost 35 pounds. I don't understand because they were both the same weight pre-op. It's just very depressing. Has anyone else had this happen? Thanks alot. Lisa H.    — Lisa H. (posted on August 1, 2003)

Think when you weighed in pre-op ... were you in a hospital gown, with or without shoes? Today when you weighed in did you have shoes on and dressed normally? The time of day you weighed for both can make a difference too. I can vary up to 5 lbs from early morning to evening. Just some thoughts. Congratulations on your weight loss.

we weigh differently depending what time of day it is You need to consetrate on your health ie. blood work and check up rather than how much you weigh. You will lose all the weight you want if follow what the Dr. says. We all want yo to be a success. Good Lux
