Question:
Can someone share their appeal letter THAT WORKED!!!??

I was denied after first letter, hoping to get a few letters of appeal that actually worked in reversing that descision! Just samples or ideas....whatever worked!!! I am davastated to say the least! THANKS GUYS    — Leslie N. (posted on July 29, 2003)

i wrote an appeal letter stating how being obese was not just medical but physically and mentally important to me. i listed the things that i was losing out on like spending time with my children not being ashamed of going out in public. i listed family history of heart diseases and obesity. mine was originally denied for medical necessity but i found a glitch in the policy that i fall under. i wrote to the manual writers and found i was in the right so my appeal will be overturned to yes. good luck any questions feel free to email me.
