Question:
Has anyone tried Suzanne Somers new Protein Shake Mixes?

I saw on Suzanne Somers website (www.suzannesomers.com) that she now has a protein shake mix in three different flavors. I have liked many of her other products made with SomerSweet. I was wondering if anyone has tried any of these yet?    — Kimberly B. (posted on July 11, 2003)

Nope, I don't know how these taste, but according to the website, each shake has about 20-21 grams of protein and 10 grams of fat. That's relatively high for a protein shake. :-)

I laughed at the Somersize Super Oxygenated water. $29 for a case of soda water! Should have read Highly Carbonated water.. isn't Bicarbonate carbonation? To have highly oxygenated water would that be Hydrogen Peroxide H2O2 instead of H2O? As for the shake.. the fat is high but if you like the taste better than other shakes.. go for it.. getting in your protien in a tasty way would be worth the few extra fat grams. <p> Taek Care, Be Well, Be Happy!
