Hi Elizabeth! There is a supplement you can add to your food or drink called Proteinex and you can get it at GNC. I am not sure about "freezing" protein but I hope this helps. Erika

hiya. you can freeze any proteins unless they specifically say not to on the container. with whey you don't want to heat past boiling temps. {{hugs}} kate
