Question:
NW Chicago Suburbs: Looking for a new PCP to care for me Post-Op, any help?

My DH and I would like to find a "closer to home" Primary Care Physician. We had our surgeries in June, 2002 and February 2003. The doctor who referred us for surgery is a good physician, but he is located about 25 miles from us, and we truly need to be cared for closer to home.<BR><BR>We live in the far nowrthwest suburbs of Chicago, and would like to find a physician to care for us who is located in the McHenry county area - Elgin, Crystal Lake, McHenry, Algonquin. <BR><BR> Can anyone recommend a PCP for us for long-term, follow-up care?    — [Deactivated Member] (posted on May 7, 2003)
