My boyfriend has been doing the Power90 Program since January and he loves
it. He didn't really want to lose weight, but wanted to tone and it works
great! I've done the aerobic type exercise CD's a few times and I like
them, but I just don't like to work out at home for some strange reason
(I'm a Curves gal). I actually use many of the Power90 moves when at
Curves (in between circuit stations). However, I do use the CD's for my
weight training and Ab workouts and I love it. The nice thing about this
program is that the program is geared for all levels of fitness...beginners
thru advanced...so there is something for everyone. The only thing that
you may want to get some professional advice on are the supplements and
powders that come with the program. I've spoken to a nutritionist and a
personal trainer about taking Creatine and both advised against it until I
meet my goal weight. One additional thing about the Power90 program is
their online support, chat and message boards...my BF loved this feature
and uses it as support quite often. They even have gatherings and Tony
(the founder of the program..also the hotty in the videos) checks the
message boards daily and frequents the chat rooms. I think that says alot.
I hope that helps. Good luck!

Hi Suzanne! I've been doing the Power90 system for almost 2 months now and
it's made a huge difference in my body! I'm to the point in my weight loss
where I'm just maintaining and not wanting to lose any more, but I want to
shape up this saggy-flabby body. I'd recommend starting with the #1 tapes
and building up from there. Congrats on the great weight loss and I just
looked at your profile and you are gorgeous girl! Look out when you lose
all the weight you want to, cuz you're gonna be a model! :) Best wishes!
