Is Anyone Else Having This Problem????
Hello well i am holding steady at 174 i am 8 months out and have stopped losing i am feeling discouraged and thinking maybe i messed this up, i have been eating alot since hubby was deployed but not alot in the preop sense, is anyone else or has anyone else still gotten to goal after a long stall in weightloss? thanks postop open rny 8/14/02 261.5/174/? — nice n sweet B. Cherice.. plateaus can happen at any time. I am 10 months out and had been
on a plateau for about six weeks. I can't speak to getting to goal after
such things, but I can say that you're not alone. Hang in there..

hi! i'm 10 months post op and i am pretty much stuck around 179. i know
that i am eating way more than i should and not exercising enough. i feel
discouraged, but i have nobody to blame buy myself. i just can't seem to
get back into the habit of eating the way i should...

It must be hard with your husband overseas at this time. Have you tried
going back to the basic rules.....protein and lots of water? I would like
to say thank you to your and your husband for this wonderful country we
live in...

Stress is a big factor. One goal to think of is how your hubby will feel
when he comes back to a skinnier wife! Keep that in mind, what a reunion!
