Question:
How do you mix protein powders?
I received a sample of Proscore 100 protein mix. It came in a little zip-loc baggie, and of course, had no directions. Does anyone out there use this, and if so, how do I mix/use it? Thanks. — Bridget B. (posted on April 6, 2003)

Hi, I use the Pro Score 100 in chocolate. Most samples are sold as single
serving. You can empty the entire pouch into about 6 oz. of water and blend
it up. Some people will crush ice up in the shake, but I just blend the
water and powder and pour it over ice cubes. If you like the ProScore 100
and buy a regular size tub, it comes with a scoop, 2 scoops equal 32 oz. of
protein.

As I sit here drinking a wonderful shake my Husband just made for me. He
used a little sugarfree icecream, a few ice cubes, some 1% milk, some frozen
peaches, a scoop of pro complex(my favorite)vanilla, and some splenda. Put
it all in a blender, and you have a great treat. Or you can just add the
powder to the milk, and make a plain old shake. I also use chocolate pro
complex powder. happy drinking to you, Melody D.

Hello, if you received the sample from Vitalady.com, from which I received
my first samples yesterday, then it should have come with a packet.
However, I agree with the previous poster that it is probably one serving.
The instructions that came with mine said to mix with 4 oz of water and
then add water to taste. Hope that helps.
