Question:
How much maltitol is in a Pure De-lite chocolate bar or other

In the Carbolite chocolate bars, there are 13 grams of carbs from the maltitol. It is also the first ingrediant under ingrediants, meaning that the product has more maltitol than any other ingrediant.

Pure De-Lite chocolate bars only have 3.4g of carbs..... but it doesn't say HOW MUCH maltitol is in them. It IS the first ingredient though...... I'm asking because I read that it's not healthy to take in more then 100g of Maltitol a day, and since so many of these sugar-free treats contain this, I want to know how much I'm getting. Anyone know????????
