Question:
How much artificial sweetner can be used daily?

Sometimes I need to urinate very frequently after having beverages with artificial sweetner, esppecially aspartame. Are there any other options out there that taste good? (13 days till surgery & counting) THANKS-in-Advance. Joyce S.    — Joyce S. (posted on April 2, 2003)

You might try drinks sweetened with Splenda. So far the only sodas I know of are Diet Rite.

Hi Joyce, not that going to the bathroom all the time is a bad thing, but sure does get annoying, I know what you mean! lol If the problem is with asparatame, (I have problems with it, too) I would go for splenda like the previous poster said. If you go to www.splenda.com, they have a whole long list of all the products that have splenda in them. SOME diet snapples do as well as diet rite and I forget the others. You could also get kool-aid and sweeten it w/ splenda instead of sugar, or make your own lemonade? Hope that helps- goodluck to you!
