HI! Well I wish no tummy tuck was needed...I was right around 345 and 5'8"....and man do I need one!! Had lap rny jan 16th of 2002...now at drs goal of 188...personally I want to lose another 25 pounds or so...but I will still need the tummy tuck...I have a 36 inch waist now but 47 inches of skin and some fat hanging down around hip line...icky...
