Question:
Can Real Meals be blended with fruit?
I think I read somewhere that certain proteins cannot be blended. Can Real Meals be put in the blender with fruit to make it taste better and give it added nutrition? If not, is there a protein powder that can? Thank you! — Tami H. (posted on March 19, 2003)

I have blended fruit into my Real Mels without any problem. They offer a
number of "recipes" on their web site and I believe our Library
here may have some as well and many of them call for fruit. I also have
added a few tablespoons of SF instant pudding dry mix for a flavor change
as well as various DaVinci syrups. You can added peanut butter to the
chocolate for a treat too.

You can add anything you want to the Real Meals. There are a ton of recipes
for it on www.protein-solutions.com. Good luck and let us know if you come
up with something new.
