Question:
Has anyone used Winsor Pilates?

I got hooked on Pilates on a cruise this winter. When we got home I bought 2 Pilates DVDs at CostCo for $11 each. I love them. I cannot compare them to the Winsor videos because I have only seen the infomercial. I love my cheap ones and may spring for the Winsor ones if/when they show up in the local discounters. One thing to remember while doing what looks like a very easy routine is that you are supposed to be pulling your navel all the way to your spine all the way through every movement. Correct form makes a difference in how hard you work and how well the work out works for you.

I bought then and love the workout! You can also go search under pilates, I've seen this question a few times, it may give you more info. Good luck!

One thing about the Winsor Pilates is they give you an alternative way to do every exersice. Very nice for us non flexiable people, or for those that have back or neck problems.

Oh I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!. So glad you asked. I've hated being sports and exercising all my life. When I was a kid at sat inside watching thru the window all my friends out playing. And I was not a fat or chubby child. Never thought I would hear the day that I love working out. But Pilates stands all on its own. Its much like physical therapy. That is how it got its start actually. I don't think of going to do my exercises or working out...I think of how I'm going to go do my Pilates. I now bought a Pilates machine off of QVC on TV for $250. Its takes up my bedroom but I love this thing. I could go on & on about it...but do suggest you give it a try. Took about 4 weeks of 15min a day to see results. Good Luck!
