Question:
Has anyone had a tummy tuck pre-op?

I have a huge sagging stomach that has been cut several times for fertility related surgeries and would like to have it fixed right away, but my wls is March 25th. Any suggestions/advice? Thanks!    — sm S. (posted on February 7, 2003)

I had a TT in 1985 after losing 120 lbs on my own. I gained all the weight back plus, ending up at 299. Thats when I decided on WLS, open RNY, 10/22/02. I lost 27 before surgery and 53 since. My tummy still does not hang but I am flabby. I doubt a dr would do one on you if you are MO, so please try to wait until you have the WLS and your weight stabilizes.
