Question:
Pain, misery, and suffering--how long?

I am so uncomfortable. I had my open rny on 12/2. After some complications and a stricture, I thought I was on my way to recovering. Now I am not so sure. I am again totally nauseated, vomiting up everything, in pain, and just plain miserable. Another stricture? Help? I had to go to the ER for iv fluids last night. I have to call my surgeon tomorrow. I can't keep anything down, so no nausea meds or pain meds (pain is in my stomach) can help right now. Will this really pass? Anyone else had to deal with this? What did you do?
