I'm sending you the Grad list. This is for people who are 1+ yrs to post, though anyone can lurk. This will help as people talk about what worked, what didn't, as far as appetite control and all that stuff. Hunger does return, different time for each person, but it is a BIG surprise after having been released for awhile. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Graduate-OSSG

I guess the question is, with the nibbling, are you gaining any weight? If not, then there is nothing wrong with eating when hungry. The good thing is that it takes a small amount of food to fill us so we don't over do it. Try nibbling on filling, good for you foods, like 1/2 a protein bar, some fruit, cheese and crackers, a yogurt. a few ounces of grilled chicken. I'm 11 months post-op and have noticed I can eat more at meals than just a month ago, but putting it into perspective, its still not alot. I also weigh myself daily to keep a good rein on any weight gain. BYW, 174 pounds in a year is incredible, my goodness, thats a whole man you have lost. Congrats....
