What insurance co. is this?????

My friend wants to have RNY surgery but when I go to her ins. co at insurers I'm not comeing up with anything. Her card say's NGS American Inc. for St Claire Shores, Mi on the card it read's Trinily Health and Select Health Network. Dose anyone know of this ins co.??
