Question:
Does anyone have this insurance in Pennsylvania?

I have the chance to purchase this health insurance. I know they pay for wls, but I wanted to know if anyone has dealt with them in Pennsylvania? The carrier is UNICARE, known as Intergroup here in Pennsylvania. I also know it has to be medically necessary. How hard was it to prove wls was medically necessary for you?
