Question:
Crystalized Protein?

It's $5.95 for shipping... that stinks... I'll pass on the sample... perhaps someone can email and tell me how it taste...

Somebody brought some of this stuff to a support group the other night and we all tried it. It tasted like a sweet tart and was fun to eat. It had no protien taste at all and was like a treat. It comes in a little plastic vial like mini m&m's and is a great thing to keep in your purse.

I would like to know if it works. That is my main concern. Does it provide the nutritional value that we need? And how much of it do you have to take to get the required amounts?

Hi, I tried the sample one and wasn't very impressed. It tastes ok, but you have to eat a lot of it for the 20 gm's of protein. Someone mentioned that it is in a tube like the mini m&m's. It is, and you have to eat the full amount for 20gm's. Not worth it in my opinion.

I decided to bite the bullet and buy full size... I figure i'll pawn it off at the support group if I don't like it... surely someone will... it just sound nice to have a portable mix, something different etc....
