Question:
Incision Pain

I know I have seen a question like this here before but I can't find it now that I need it myself. I started having a pain at the top of my incision. It seems to start hurting right after I eat but it lasts a long time. I am 8 mos. post op and it happened once last week for the first time and then again today right after I ate lunch. I ate grilled chicken. I wonder if it's related to me eating or if I strained myself somehow. My next appt with my surgeon is in February. Should I wait or give him a call. Any advice?
