Question:
how do u know which carbs are which?
hi..i havent seemed to be able to grasp this thing with the carbs lol ..i ordered some protein bars and they say total carbs is like 26 but only 5 are to be counted towards daily intake..how do u differentiate between these carbs u count and those u cant? — christine S. Simple carbs turn into sugar: bread, pasta, potatoes, rice etc. These are
the "bad" carbs. Complex carbs are veggies etc. When we eat our
protein, then veggies and add the simple carbs last, we avoid problems with
gas, slower weight loss etc. Hope this helps.
