Question:
NEEDED ... Examples of DIET HISTORY ... Thanks
I am needing some help filling out my diet history section of my paperwork. Any suggestions you have may help. Chances are I've already tried them. I just cant think of very many now. Luckily my insurance doesnt require a supervised weight loss period.

I posted this Q earlier and there was one response then it disappeared. I know I can count on you guys -- you are the best. Go to your local or school library and write down the names of all sorts of
books of diets that you may have tried in the past. Do the same with old
magazines (being sure to write down the month and year of the magazine). I
did this for my diet history because there's was no way I could remember
when I'd tried all these diets. I didn't want to make dates up because
what if someone looked close enough and found that I said I was on diet
"X" and diet "X" wasn't published until years after I'd
said I'd been on it. While I was at the library I also made a copy of the
diet in each magazine (even the ones I may have only tried for a week or
so) and also the front cover of the books (such as the Suzanne Somers diet)
and kept a copy for myself and submitted it all with the insurance company
stuff. It really makes you look like you've tried it all and that you
really are organized and have your stuff together. Good luck to you! If
you want, email me and I'll send you my stuff that I put together so you
can see how I did mine.
