Question:
How long does it take for b12 shots to kick in?

I had my first one 2 wks ago and get 1 a mo from here on. The nurse said I would start feeling the effects after the next one but I already have more energy.

I was told right away. B12 shots have never effected my energy, but some in my support group have told me that they save their housework for right after they get their shots. LOL!

I have honestly never noticed any extra energy from it. In fact I am still very low in energy but I had major complications so that is expected. But the shots havent helped outwardly to me at all.

I've been doing B12 for over 2 yrs. Never yet have felt a "power surge". Mine was not deficient when I started, though, just low normal.
