Question:
Has anyone had to have the silastic ring removed thru and endoscopy???

My siliastic ring has collapsed due to a ulcer in my stomach and has made the ring collapse causing and obstruction. My surgeon and gastro dr want to take it out thru and endoscopy and then go in and put another one on. Has anyone been thru this??? I'm very nervous becauase the gastro dr. has not done this before.
