Question:
Hi, everyone I found a new website that I like much better than Fitday.
Hi, the web site that I found is www.calorieking.com. It is great, it helps chart your progress and diet and meals for that day. It even has restraunts listed. It also reminds you to weigh in on the day you pick. It's great!! Try It!! — lynbaby B. (posted on June 13, 2002)

Just to avoid confusion: Fitday is free. Diet Watch is the one that costs
money.

cool site, thanks for posting. I looked over their recommended diet and
found it a bit low on the pro and high on the carbs, but the calorie
database is very cool. Good luck

Hi I just wanted to say thank you for sharing the calorie king website with
us. As a new post op (six weeks out) I have found it hard to break down
such small bites of food to help me keep track of my protien intake. I have
found that most foods on this site you can break down into small sizes like
what we eat. I have shared this site with a lot of my friends and everyone
seems to be pleased. Again, thanks for the referral.

To the previous poster - you can put decimal amounts into Fitday to adjust
the size that they come up with. If the measurement shown is 1 cup, you
can put in .25 instead of the 1 and hit refresh nutrients and it will come
up with the measurements for 1/2 cup. I've had to problems in using Fitday
to record my data. I'm glad that people like Calorie King, but I am not
about to put 2 1/2 months worth of diet data retroactively into Calorie
King. I'll stick with Fitday - that's why they make vanilla and
chocolate, I guess *G*.
