Question:
Has any been denied and won an appeal with HMO Blue Texas (BC/BS)?

I received my denial today even though I have BMI of 44.7, type II diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and sleep apnea. Any suggestions or sample appeal letters?    — Dee C. (posted on June 10, 2002)
