Has any tried to use cutting gel, and if they have used what was the results?

I found cutting gel on this webpage: http://www.musclesurf.com/cuttinggel.html Customer reviews were mixed, but it doesn';t look to me like something that would be of great benefit to wls patients, unless I'm missing something?
