Charleston, SC support group?

I have a friend down in Chas that will be going through Dr. Byrne at MUSC. You may want to call his office and see if they have a support group. I have seen where patients travel from all over the state to see him, so he has a really good reputation. I would think that he would have a support group in place. It appears that you are new to Chas. I have been away from there for 6 years:~(, charming city. I hope you like it.
