Question:
Which protein powder is the one where....
it is tasteless? I also heard you can make it into kind of like a protein paste?? <p> My post surgery diet papers say to get "promod protein powder", but I cant find it? Anyone heard of this brand? Opinions? Where can I find it? — rhonda2u (posted on May 18, 2002)

There are lots of protein powders out there more palatable than ProMod.
One direct cross over would be ProCel, which is still pharmacuetical grade,
but doesn't clump. You need to add it TO something as it is almost
tasteless on its own. You can actually add it to water, add a few drops of
a s/f latter syrup and be only vaguely aware of it (except it is cloudy in
appearance). I've done watermelon "water", since that's what I
have open. LOL! But there are a million other proteins that just shake
up with water that might be easier to use, and are just as good in quality
and properties.

The drug store can order the promod BUT I personally like GNC whey protein.
It comes in a tastless powder and I add it to several things. I use it,
CIB, ice and a little milk and make a shake that has 35g protein in it.
Best thing about GNC is if you dont like it after you try it at home you
can return it for a refund.
