hi, i have the same insurance you have, i'm from georgetown, in beaver county,, i had an open r.n.y. november the 2nd 2001, i was apporoved in 3 days, no hassles,, but i weighed 425 pounds at the time,, 6 months out i've lost 160 pounds and am within 60 pounds of my goal and tummy tuck,, my dr told me i had to be at least 100 pounds over weight, and i had high b.p. and sleep apnea, both disappeared at 100 pounds lost,, keep trying if you have hassles,, the w.l.s. is one of the best thing to happen to me in all of my 50 years,,it is life changing surgery,,good luck
