Question:
Does anyone know of a good PDA food & nutrition log program.
I would like to write down the foods and quanity eaten and then have it calculate grams of protein, fat, carbs, and calories. I would also like it if it would keep a running total as the day goes on. I'm having a hard time getting in enough food. I average 375-400cal/day and 30-35gr protein/day. I'm 10 weeks post-op and only down 38 pounds. — Sue J. (posted on May 3, 2002)

I found an excelllent one that is actually a free website that is at
www.fitday.com. It will let you record everything including your water
intake. It keeps a running total as well as tells you were all of your
calories were "spent" that paticular day. It has a host of other
things like goals, journals, and many charts and graphs. Check it out.

I use Diet & Exercise Assistant (www.keyoe.com or www.palmgear.com or
www.handango.com -- you'll have to do a search at the last two sites).
There are a bunch of other ones. BTW...these are for the Palm OS!
Handango also has PPC software.
