Question:
does anyone else have this problem

sometimes my insides sound like they are going to explode.it kind of sounds like my stomach is growling, but i know that is not what it is, this sound is comeing from my bowels, and sometimes gets embarassing, is this normal?    — APRIL P. (posted on April 28, 2002)

Yes i am 12 days post op and I can actually hear it.too.I believe this is just the stomach trying to settle and get back to normal...
