i have no idea where to buy it but, in nursing homes we made it by gringing
up egg whites untill very fine and then mixed this in jello. I think its
called delmar jello?

Hi, I am almost 7 months out. I don't know much about the jello. But the
pudding. You can add dry milk to the dry mix and it puts in more protein.

I have a friend who goes to Dr. Daniel Stickler in Charleston, WV and he
provides the jello and pudding to his patients. I tried the jello and it
is fantastic! really the best I ever tried. I added walnuts, bananas, and
a dollup of lite cool whip.....oh my goodness! it had 17 grams of protein
in each serving....banana-strawberry, cherry, and lime. I wish we could
all order this from somewhere on the internet but don't know where. He
only sells it to his patients. Anyone know where we can get this? It is
about $1.25 per serving.

Hi, i a still pre-op. But i have heard that some people put Protein powder
in regular pudding. The protein can be any kind really that is found at
GNC. Use milk and the protein mix, along with fat-free pudding and it
should be a tasty, protein-ful treat!

I actually got the tip from Dr. Strickler in a chat room. It is sold by NEW
CENTURY PRODUCTS in Illinois. It cost $1.14 a serving but you have to buy a
whole case. If you find it locally in a store it is marked up 300%!. Each
serving has 15 grams of protein.
