Is Mcdonalds
Is Mcdonalds Fruit-n-yogurt ok to eat. I have been eating them breakfast, lunch and dinner? — lynbaby B. (posted on March 27, 2002)

Ask McDonalds for the nutritional values. They can tell
you the protein and carbs (and sugar).

Nutritionally- with granola the parfait has 380 cal/5g fat/76g carb/10g
protein. Without the granola added the totals are 280 cal/4g fat/53g
carb/8g protein. Sorry..the sugar totals aren't indicated... If this is all
you eat, you are getting quite an amount of calories for not a great deal
of nutrition. I am a major believer in a balanced diet- mostly protein, but
a little bit of everything else in the pyramid. I know that McDonalds is a
quick solution to the need to eat, but the committment to lose weight takes
a time committment too. This is just my opinion, you should do what's best
for you and your weight loss; this seems like a better choice on an
occational basis instead of a staple food. Good Luck.
