Question:
7 1/2 months post-op and just had surgery for a huge hernia.....

I do not exercise and was cleared by my WLS surgeon to return to ALL activities as of 11/30/01. How many others have had this experience?    — Karen R. (posted on March 16, 2002)

Hi karen, I just had 3 hernia's repaired last friday.One was the size of a softball and the 2 other ones were the size of golf balls. All i know is that im still sore one week later and im so afraid i will get another one.I have also lost my will to eat again- i feel like i had WLS all over again.

I don't know, I also have a huge hurnia on my tummy to the left of the large incision, it was after my RNY and emergency surgury for obstructed bowl about 2 1/2 years ago, it is so large I look as though I am pregnant, thinking about having it fixed then wonering if it will come back again??? I had a couple when I had my RNY go them fixed had obstruction they found several then and fixed them now the large outer one, don't know what to do?
