Question:
What if I Can't get rid of my H Pylori Infection?

I am on my second round of antibiotics for H Pylori, plus 6 Pepto tablets per day, as my SECOND Endoscopy still showed the infection. I am scheduled for a THIRD Endoscopy on April 1st. I am supposed to have my surgery on April 24th, but what if my body just won't let go of this infection?    — Vanessa H. (posted on March 13, 2002)

I am not sure what to tell you other than I took 3 rounds of meds for it and ended up going ahead with the surgery with it. My doc says sometimes it just wont go away.
