Health Ohio - Anyone with HMO Health Ohio been approved for excess skin removal?

I don't know about the skin removal. I'm with The Health Plan of Upper Ohio Vly HMO and was just wondering if you've been approved for the WLS surgery? If you have, would you mind to email me personally? I have so many questions about how to begin the process with them. Thank you!!!
